It is DeWils’ goal to expose our dealers to the best education available, thus, insuring success. Your designers and sales staff will get special attention and training to enhance their product knowledge of DeWils specifications and features plus the latest in ergonomics and style trends.

Courses are not only offered in theory and philosophy of cabinet design – but also in computer design using the latest in designer computer software. From NKBAs 40 Guidelines to using stack mouldings quickly and effectively, designers learn a full spectrum of information.

DeWils training programs have become so popular, a larger training facility has recently been added to the main office campus. Although the most extensive training is done at the main campus, abbreviated and more customized training is done regionally several times a year.

The DeWils Family

From the selection of raw lumber to the shaping, milling and assembly, nearly every component of a DeWils cabinet is built in the factory. Only with this control can DeWils assure the quality that you’ll come to expect.

Quality that is backed by a twelve year warranty.

Dealers from Japan to Bermuda agree that DeWils’ excellence and value readily sells itself. The reason? High-quality amenities found as upgrades in other lines are standard with DeWils, such as:

  • Plywood construction
  • Solid wood dovetailed or stainless steel drawers
  • Self closing full extension guides
  • Hand-sanding and staining
  • Solvent based conversion varnish
  • 6 way European hinges

The combination of three comprehensive product lines, custom sizing and built-to-order production, makes DeWils unbeatable in value for price. Whether it’s traditional framed, European frameless or furniture inset door cabinetry, DeWils offers selection, style and value.

The DeWils Story

bio-tracyTracy Wilson

Our goal at DeWils is to provide our dealers with more than just an excellent line of fine cabinetry. Today, dealers have access to more lines, providing more options, enhanced with more sophisticated computer design programs, all aimed at satisfying the ever increasing demands of their customers. Exciting as all these advancements are, they greatly increase the complexity of todays kitchen business.

That’s why DeWils has made an unprecedented commitment to provide the most comprehensive support program in the industry. I am proud to say, our dealers consistently tell us we have the most qualified and helpful customer service, the most dedicated factory reps, and the absolute best training program in the kitchen industry.

In order to further enhance our dealer services we have recently instituted a Dealer Development Program, which provides an even greater level of personalized and focused training and support to qualifying dealers. We are confident that our programs and the superlative people behind them will make any dealership a greater success.

We also make an excellent line of fine cabinetry.

 The DeWils Family

From the moment you join the DeWils family of dealers you’ll notice the DeWils difference in their complete dealer support. DeWils recognizes that its dealers are the front line of sales. This recognition is manifested in all DeWils’ dealer support programs, partnering dealers with the DeWils rep and the factory.

DeWils is proud of the caliber of their reps and although all DeWils’ reps are factory employees, they work for you. They are dedicated to spending the time necessary to build your business and increase your bottom line. Be assured your DeWils rep has the background and product knowledge that will make you confident in your decision to choose DeWils Industries as your fine cabinetry supplier.

Recognizing that occasionally a little extra help is needed, DeWils has developed a Dealer Development Program, where extra, one-on-one support is given to qualifying showrooms to focus attention in whatever areas may be needed. The DeWils Dealer Development Program takes your dealer support and your business to the next level.

Opening a show room with added personnel is a daunting task. DeWils’ unique Dealer Development Program provided the support needed. Our people made substantial progress in all aspects of the cabinet business. I just can’t say enough about the value of their program.

Providing our dealers with world class reps is what we strive for. We achieve this in several ways. First, every DeWils rep works exclusively as a factory employee. Next, one week a year they work in the factory to become more knowledgeable about the product and production. Furthermore, every candidate goes through an exacting selection process prior to becoming a DeWils factory rep. We bring into our organization only applicants that have well-rounded knowledge, professionalism and commitment to dealers. The reps we attract are the best in the industry.

You’ll find our reps adept at expediting solutions in all aspects of the cabinet business. Their complete DeWils product knowledge, design expertise, ability in working with designers in layout software and to help with general sales concepts makes them a valuable resource to our dealers. A DeWils rep functions, in many respects, as a business consultant. You will discover that they are more than a rep; they are enthusiastic about DeWils and an advocate for your success. If you have any questions or want more information about DeWils please email me at

I look forward to my DeWils rep visits. He doesn’t just take up my time. He gives me straight answers and gets things done.
