DeWils’ Customer Service staff, Dennis, Tom and Jim are all long-time employees that started out working for years in the factory, and because they have built DeWils product they know it, inside and out. Designer Series Customer Service
Dennis started with DeWils in 1972. His job titles have covered a broad spectrum of work in the factory, from hand-wiping stains, building face frames to lead man of the finishing department, foreman of assembly, then ultimately moving to Customer Service in 1991.
Horizons Series Customer Service
Starting in 1991, Jim has worked in sanding, shipping and was assembly foreman before moving into the Customer Service position. As DeWils’ Customer Service Rep for Horizons he is able to assist customers with any questions or challenges they may face.
Customer Service Agent
Star started at DeWils in 2002 at Hudson’s Bay Industries and moved over to Customer Service in 2005. She specializes in Designer and Expression series design.

It is DeWils’ goal to expose our dealers to the best education available, thus, insuring success. Your designers and sales staff will get special attention and training to enhance their product knowledge of DeWils specifications and features plus the latest in ergonomics and style trends.
Courses are not only offered in theory and philosophy of cabinet design – but also in computer design using the latest in designer computer software. From NKBAs 40 Guidelines to using stack mouldings quickly and effectively, designers learn a full spectrum of information.
DeWils training programs have become so popular, a larger training facility has recently been added to the main office campus. Although the most extensive training is done at the main campus, abbreviated and more customized training is done regionally several times a year.
Making your staff more productive, with greater product knowledge and sales confidence is the goal of DeWils training programs.

Coming from a DeWils dealership in 1998, Carey started as a territory manager and moved to the training position in 2000. He combines 20 years of involvement in the cabinetry industry with his management background to provide tools for sales techniques, attitude, motivation and knowledge.
By offering our customers the flexibility of custom sizing, DeWils can produce components to fit virtually any living space. To the designers this not only means always being able to artfully fill the kitchen space, but enables enhanced ergonomic and ADA capabilities.

Working around European cabinets for over twenty years, Dwayne started at the factory in 1979 and has been Plant Manager since 1991. Although he has seen many changes over the years, one thing remains constant: the quality in the cabinets his team produces.
Plant Manager Hudson’s Bay, Designer
Rick is a fifteen year employee of DeWils and the Plant Manager for the Hudson’s Bay Plant, a sister company of DeWils Industries, which is responsible for all of the specialty accessories. In addition to supervising, Rick has had extensive training in CNC programming which gives him an edge in new product development.
