The genius of making life easier for our dealers.

We’ve given a lot of thought to what it is like to be a dealer.

We asked ourselves: What would we want if we were in your shoes?

First, we’d like the best dealer support program in the industry. Support that would include the highest quality product literature backed by a generous co-op advertising program.

We would want comprehensive product training.  Regularly scheduled training sessions that would quickly bring our designers and staff up-to-speed on product specs, software integration and ordering, as well as industry trends and layout innovations.

All customer service representatives would know the product inside and out. If we ever had a need or a question, we’d want the direct phone number of the person we know would have the answers.

We would like more premium standard features. We know todays customers expect the best and no one likes to be upcharged along the way.

We would want a custom manufacturer. With all the challenges facing a designer today the capability to design down to the nearest 1/4 inch is a must.

Finally, we would want to know that our orders would ship complete and on-time. No partials, no back orders — ever.

So, that’s what we do.

The relationship between craftsmanship and happiness

Fine custom cabinetry is a pleasure to behold. Its look, its feel, its functionality, the obvious quality and value become your best sales tools. But beyond beautiful design, DeWils also offers premium standard features that other manufacturers charge as upgrades. Values such as no upcharge for standard wood species including Cherry, Maple, Quartersawn Oak or Hickory plus other solid amenities including:

  • Solid wood, dovetailed drawers
  • Self-closing, full-extension guides
  • 6-way adjustable hinges
  • Plywood box construction
  • 3/4” plywood shelving
  • Hand sanding and hand rubbed stains

Because DeWils maintains stringent quality control, every component built under our watch is backed by a 12-year guarantee, the strongest in the market.

It all adds up to happier customers.

Built for a greener future

Environmental stewardship has been our way since the very beginning. We follow a strict waste reduction plan, recycle as much as possible and adhere to the following environmental guidelines and practices:
• Low-VOC finishes
• Low or no added urea formaldehyde plywood
• SFI-certified packaging
• Japan Four-Star Certified
• Compliance with CARB standards
• Sustainable, certified wood suppliers
We will continue to take steps to minimize our carbon footprint.  Not just because it’s good business, but because it’s the right thing to do.

Building stronger parnterships

The quality of our product is a direct reflection of our investment in our people.

DeWils has been a family-owned company for three-generations.

For over half a century we have developed a team of over 150 employees who truly uphold the values of a family owned business. With more than 70 years of experience combined, our customer service people have a profound knowledge of our product gained from actually working in our factory. They are product experts who can answer virtually any question you might have — typically, while you’re still on the phone, which by the way, you’ll have their direct phone numbers.

You’re never a number to us; you’re our partner. The easier we can make your life, the more successful we’ll all become.
